The Food Shark has gotten lots of press.
From Bon Appetite to the NY Times and lots in between.
The hubby and I love food carts/trucks…
We enjoy cooking and entertaining and can imagine this is the way to to do it,
if you want to be in the foodie business.
We wanted to see what all the fuss was about…
Food Shark is frequently rated a top 10 food truck in the U.S.
So, we made the drive over to Marfa from Marathon,
got in the lunch line and enjoyed the scenery.
The menu is Mediterranean and veggie friendly.
The owners were quite busy so we couldn’t really chat with them,
but just observing them with the locals, I think aside from the food,
their personalities have made the truck what it is today.
A great spot, all the dishes we saw come out looked great, the falafel was a thumbs up,
and the town and atmosphere seal the deal.

hi there!!! this is my first comment on here for a while. i have heard so much lately about these buses that serve food–what a fabulous idea. i wonder if we have any in charlotte. it looks like you guys are having a wonderful start to your adventure!!!
