Welcome Everyone! This is the eddie blog.
It is a lifestyle + travel blog, about us, an adventurous couple, traveling full-time in an Airstream.
We are living our dream of going on the road & we’re sharing our personal experiences & perspectives.
The eddie blog is where we’re taking you on our adventure with us.
The entire wandering airstream website is about a lifestyle.
This lifestyle includes travel, our passion for it, and our love of vintage trailers. It is also about us as entrepreneurs & business owners (which includes restoration and renovation of little vintage trailers!) but also other aspects of our business for the past 14 years. And lastly it’s about living your best life and what that means, all mixed in with fun and personal interests. We want to share any and all that we can about travel, life on the road and our experiences in general and if you have any questions email us at any time!
On the eddie blog we share how we decided to go on the road full-time, the steps we have taken to be ready to leave…and all that this has entailed; including downsizing & simplifying, money, and everything in between.
We will also share why we chose an Airstream, tips on finding your perfect travel trailer or motor home, and any & all information we can in the form of how-to’s, product recommendations, restoration & renovation.
clark & ellen, our wandering airstream mascots, are telling all in the looky-loo reviews.
These are top to bottom reviews on each campground we stay at, and not to worry, we’ll be including the lowdown on the whole bathroom situation from place to place, because we, they, and you know…that is need-to-know-information. Priority One.
For more personal stories you might be curious about.. you know like:
How we make it living in 100 sq. feet of togetherness, do we fight, the nitty gritty of life together 24/7 in a sardine can… otherwise called the fun stuff! Go to the us blog and read our column he said/she said.
Our on-the-road blog is all of the extras.. fun spots we find, people we meet, pictures of our travels and as many roadside attractions as we can find…yep, we’ll be stopping for all of the largest-animal-in-the-world claims, big balls of yarn, giant donuts, and we’ll take pictures and tell you all about it.
So please join us!
And if you have a super cute travel trailer or an all dudded up motor home, send us pictures with a short tell-all and we’ll do a home-on-wheels tour!
